Dynamic DSL customers cannot connect with their dialup account SYMPTOMS Dynamic DSL Customers are unable to connect to their Additional dialup account.
CAUSE The Dynamic DSL account is an active session on the Radius Server. If the customer's account is set to only allow 1 connection, this will prevent them from being able to authenticate with their dial up account.
RESOLUTION In order to have an additional dial up account with Dynamic DSL, their "simultaneous connections" must be set to 2 and this is done here at DSLExtreme.
