First you will need to go to https://www.dslextreme.com/Members/Services/Internet/Dialup/Download.aspx and login with your main username and password.
 


 
Once you have logged in you will see 2 links in the middle of the page to download X-Dial. On the left hand side of the page you will find setup Instructions and a link to download dialup.
 


 
Click on the links and the download will start. The dialup Access Numbers can be found at https://www.dslextreme.com/Services/Internet/Dialup/Numbers.aspx
