Modem indicates that it has sync but web and email services are not working. www.yahoo.com is not pingable. 66.94.230.32 is Pingable.
 
CAUSE
Incorrect or missing DNS servers.
 
RESOLUTION
Verify the DNS (name servers) are correct.
Primary: ......... 66.51.205.100
Secondary: .....66.51.206.100
