How to add or remove a STATIC IP address
How to Add or Remove a STATIC IPThis article covers the steps you will need to take in order to add or remove a static IP Address. Most of our plans come with the potential for multiple IP addresses, but the specific number of addresses varies from plan to plan. However, when the plan is ordered, only one IP is issued to your account. To claim your additional IP addresses, login into the Member's page by click on the Members page found on the top right part of the homepage.
Afterward, use your main username and your password to login into the Member's page. You do not use the "@dslextreme.com" when you enter the username.
After you login into your account, in the middle of the page select Mange IP Addresses.
Navigate to the bottom of the page where you may add and/or remove static IPs addresses that are attached to your account.
