Comtrend CT-5072T Modem

The Comtrend CT-5072 can be identified by the model number on the top or via the sticker on the bottom of the modem.

By default these modems are configured as a network bridge.  Resetting this modem using the "Reset" button will return the modem to bridge mode.
Customers in Frontier service areas need to contact tech support so that we can unbridge the modem and set up a PPPoE connection.
