Signature file in Outlook Express
 
Open Outlook Express and click on Tools > Options and then click on the Signatures tab.
 

 
Here you will click on New to start your Signature.
 

 
Above the New button you will see Signature Settings, make your choices. Now click on the Advanced Button on the lower right hand side of the screen.
 

 
Here you will select the account that you want to use with your signature.
 

 
In the Edit Signature box select Text and type your signature message. If you select File then you will have to have a text only file created and saved on your computer. Click on Browse to find your text only file.
 
When you are finished click OK and you are done.
