Setting up IMAP Email in Outlook 2016

To set up Outlook 2016 for email:

Open Outlook and click on the File menu:



Click on Add Account

Manage Articles



On the Add Account Setup page, enter your email address.


 

Carefully enter your password when prompted. Remember that your password is case sensitive.
 

 
Assuming your data is entered correctly, you'll get an Account succesfully added message.
 


Click Done to exit setup.
