Do you have an online interface for accessing my voicemail?
Yes, you can view your voicemail messages by visiting http://www.dslextreme.com/fusion/voicemail and clicking the Messages menu item
How can I access my voicemail via phone?
Use one of the following methods to reach your voicemail box, then enter your PIN when prompted: • Dial *99 from your own number. • Dial your own number, from your own number. • Dial your own number from anywhere; when you hear the greeting press * to access the private menu. • Call 707-583-7700 from anywhere and enter your phone number as prompted.
How do I change my voicemail password (PIN)?
There are two ways to change your PIN.
• By accessing the phone-based voicemail system and pressing 6 followed by 1 in the IVR Menu
• You can also change your PIN by going to:
www.dslextreme.com/members Go to the 'Account Services' section, then 'Manage Voice Line' Find the 'Dashboard section below. Click on 'Settings' There, you will see the 'Change your Voicemail pin' option
How can I record a new greeting?
At this time, the only way to record a greeting is to call into the phone based system, log in and then press 7 to manage your greeting.
Do voicemail messages automatically expire?
Yes, any messages on our servers will automatically expire after 90 days.
Is there a message length limit?
Yes, currently messages are limited to 10 minutes.
What is the IVR menu tree?
Our IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is the phone menu that you operate using the numbers on your phone's keypad.
