Can I move my DSL service to a new phone number or address?

Yes, as long as DSL service is available. You can place a move order though our members section located here.

How long will it take to move my DSL service?

Moving your service could take up to two weeks depending on your phone carrier and when your telephone service is activated. DSLExtreme will get you the soonest available activation date.

Can I overlap services at my new and old location to decrease downtime?

Yes. When placing your move order please select your desired disconnect/connect dates and we will follow your request as closely as possible.  This may not be available in certain areas.

Can I move my service while I am under contract?

Yes. If you move while under contract you will be required to restart your one year contract on the day your service becomes active at the new location or phone number. You will have the opportunity to take advantage of our new promotional rates.
