Features:
How do I access my voicemail?
You can access your voice mail directly from your Phone Power phone by dialing *21.
To use:
Pick up the Phone Power phone.
Once you hear a dial tone, dial *21.
Follow the voice prompts.
If you do not know your pin, please call us or email us at [email protected].
Is there a Mobile App?
You can also get your calls directly on your cell phone. We have apps for iPhone and Android devices.
Go to the app store and search the "Phone Power" app. Once downloaded, you will have to enter your DSL Extreme username
with @dslextreme.com and the account password that you use to access your online account.

Can I set up Call Forwarding or simultaneous ring?
For call forwarding and simul-ring, you can configure your line to ring multiple numbers at the same time or sequentially.
Please call or email us if you would like to see this up.
Can I set up a FailSafe number?
You can forward all your calls to another number in case of an internet or power outage. Please email us if you need this enabled
along with the number you would like added as the failsafe number (you can also call us).
Caller ID Blocking
Maintain your privacy when placing outgoing calls. Just let us know if you want your caller ID blocked or unblocked and we
will go ahead and adjust this for you.
How do I place a 3 Way Conference Call?
To place a 3-way Conference Call:
Call the first person.
Once they answer, press the Flash button on the phone.
Call the second person.
Once the call is connected, press the Flash button again to connect the two parties.
Can I add numbers to a block List?
Have any numbers that you want blocked? Our system allows up to 50 numbers to be blocked. Just email us the list
of numbers that you want blocked to [email protected] and we will block them.
What is Call Waiting Caller ID?
This works in the same manner as regular Caller ID, but lets you know who the second calling party is.
This will allow you to see who is calling you before switching to the call waiting call.
